Eshani M. Wijenayake serves as the Director of Children’s Montessori Center, bringing strong leadership, compassion, and a deep commitment to early childhood education. With a background rooted in nurturing young learners and supporting educators, she is dedicated to maintaining a high-quality Montessori environment where children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

As Director, Eshani oversees daily operations, curriculum alignment, staff development, and family engagement. She works closely with teachers to ensure classrooms reflect authentic Montessori principles — encouraging independence, hands-on exploration, and respect for each child’s individual learning journey.

Eshani believes that a successful Montessori school is built on trust, collaboration, and a strong partnership with families. Her approachable leadership style fosters open communication and a welcoming community atmosphere. She is passionate about creating a safe, structured, and inspiring environment where children develop confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Ms. Deanne Alvarez brings over three decades of dedication, passion, and expertise to Children’s Montessori Center. With more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education, she has guided and inspired hundreds of young learners during their most important developmental years.

A true Montessori advocate, Ms. Deanne believes in nurturing independence, curiosity, and confidence in every child. Her classroom is thoughtfully prepared to encourage hands-on learning, creativity, and respect for each child’s unique pace and potential.

Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for creating a warm, structured, and engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to explore the world around them. Families appreciate her patience, wisdom, and genuine commitment to helping each child grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
